Your License
Upon purchase or registration, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Payment Processing

- You will pay all fees and applicable taxes
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once you have accessed the content. However, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you have not accessed or downloaded the workbook content. To request a refund, contact us at support@thebecoming.institute with your order details.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services. Prohibited activities include:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BECOMING INSTITUTE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Becoming Institute and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At your request
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in Austin, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Becoming Institute regarding the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
